On Target Teaming is excited to announce an immersive two-day programme titled Leadership Under Pressure, taking place in Brisbane on 24–25 August. This event follows the myosh webinar From Cockpit to Worksite and is designed for leaders and team members working in high-consequence environments.
Programme Overview
Participants will engage in practical exercises that focus on briefing, debriefing, communication, and decision-making methods introduced in the previous session. The programme allows leaders to work through unfamiliar scenarios, debrief their performance, and apply practical Human Factors tools as complexity increases.
Who Should Attend?
This event is ideal for leaders and team members in safety-critical roles who wish to enhance their skills in managing high-pressure situations. AIHS Certified Members may also be able to self-record eligible learning hours toward their CPD requirements.
