Enhancements

• Changes have been implemented to allow Source IDs to be imported in scheduler imports for hierarchies.
• REST3 – Implement GET /forms/simple{formId} endpoint and ensure the last modified date and version are returned.

Support Amendments

• Fix error appearing when a name update is done.  Ensure that the name update log is created, and the name update works as expected.
