Injury Alarm is a free tool that allows companies to upload their existing data, and determine their level of safety risk. Injury alarm analyses the data with its unique algorithm, allocating a specific alarm level. On top of this, Injury Alarm provides for any improvements to be monitored and measured over time.
When it comes to health and safety data, businesses should be using the past to change the outcomes of the future. And used correctly, your current health and safety data can discover where workplace danger may be lurking, and to forecast where accidents are most likely to occur. And that’s the premise behind Dr Marcus Cattani’s project, Injury Alarm.

Launched in April 2017, the project had the support of The West Australian Government, CSIRO, Edith Cowan University and The Safety Institute of Australia. And now, a year on, the resulting interest has prompted the development of an improved analytical and reporting process.
