Modern workplaces can be stressful and demanding, making emotional intelligence and resilience vital skills for both personal wellbeing and team success. This module equips learners with practical strategies to manage emotions, handle stress, and build supportive workplace cultures.
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Understand the key components of emotional intelligence and their importance at work.
- Build resilience to cope with change, challenges, and high-pressure situations.
- Identify psychosocial hazards that affect mental health and wellbeing.
- Implement strategies to create a psychologically healthy workplace.
- Apply emotional intelligence and resilience in daily tasks and interactions.
