This module explores the critical role leaders play in shaping workplace culture, fostering team engagement, and ensuring both physical and psychological safety. It covers key leadership principles, ethical conduct, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, crisis leadership, and the importance of continuous development. It also highlights how leaders influence mental health, safety practices, and employee consultation, helping build a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture.
