This module promotes a holistic approach to maintaining physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing in the workplace. It discusses common stressors, signs of poor mental health, and practical strategies to maintain focus and manage workplace stress. It also highlights the importance of mindfulness, peer support, and using Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). The aim is to help workers stay healthy and focused, while also looking out for their coworkers.
