Understanding Crisis Management
This module equips construction and mining organisations with strategies to prepare for, respond to, and recover from workplace crises using the Australian Government Crisis Management Framework (AGCMF). It addresses both natural disasters and human-induced events, outlines roles and responsibilities, and introduces national coordination mechanisms to strengthen organisational resilience.
