Physiotherapist with a Masters in Ergonomist, Dr Legge's PhD research investigated the predictive validity of functional testing in healthy workers, demonstrating that workers have a 3-5 times increased risk of musculoskeletal injury when they do not meet job-specific test criteria. She has worked in Australia and the US in mining, transport, construction, utilities, security, manufacturing, health, aged care and logistics sectors for more than 25 years. Dr Legge has developed training programs for allied health professionals for the JobFit System PEFA and Job Task Analysis, and is the designer of the JobFit System online job matching platform.
Zac Lowth
Staunch TechnologyGM Operations at Staunch Technology. Also a Physiotherapist by background with Grad Cert in Occupational Health and Ergonomics. Zac is the National Chair of Occupational Health Physiotherapy Australia and has been delivering bespoke workplace health, safety and wellbeing outcomes for businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom for the last 12 years, particularly in meat processing, mining, transport, manufacturing, construction and logistics. Zac has a particular interest in improving the workability of remote indigenous communities.
