It’s time to rethink ADHD at work, as a systems issue, not a personal deficit.
Adult ADHD diagnoses are rising rapidly, particularly among high-performing professionals and women in their 30s, 40s and 50s.
For many, what was once labelled “disorganised,” “too sensitive,” or “inconsistent” is now understood as an executive functioning difference shaped, and often amplified, by modern work design.
In this joint conversation, Kristina from myosh sits down with Dr Natalie Flatt, clinical psychologist and founder of Connect Psych Services, to unpack what late diagnosis ADHD reveals about leadership, psychosocial risk and organisational design.
Together, they’ll explore the hidden cost of masking and over-functioning, the burnout cycle affecting high performers, and how role clarity, cognitive load and change fatigue intersect with neurodivergence.
Designed for leaders, HR professionals and people managers, this session delivers practical, low-cost adjustments that strengthen performance, accountability and wellbeing, for everyone.
