With deep expertise in workplace mental health, psychological safety and burnout prevention, Natalie works closely with leaders and organisations across Australia to address psychosocial risk, change fatigue and the impact of modern work design on wellbeing. Her clinical background spans early intervention, frontline worker support and executive mental health. Natalie is a Victorian Committee Member for Suicide Prevention Australia and a 2024 National Safety Awards of Excellence judge. She is a sought-after speaker and advisor, known for translating complex psychological insights into practical, leadership-ready strategies that improve performance and protect wellbeing.
