Does number of enrollments affect the price?

The number of users that enroll in and complete courses does not affect the subscription price for the course content. Small organisation discounts apply to system total user count, regardless of enrolment rates. However, enrollment/completion rate does affect the billing for usage of the Online Learning module, regardless of the source of the course material.
