Action Management
Effectively managing the Actions required to resolve issues will create the safe environment that you require.
The Action management module is designed to ensure actions are assigned to the right people and completed on time.
When an Action is created, details of the Action and a link to the database are e-mailed to the person responsible for carrying out the action and to the person who is accountable for the action.
Actions are categorised and displayed in a variety of ways to provide information to management and to people responsible for executing actions. You can see useful information like number of Open or Overdue actions for different departments and for people responsible. Tracking the progress of a project is easy. Access control measures ensure that confidentiality inside the organisation is maintained which means general users will only see actions that apply to them.
Action Management is integrated with Incident Reporting, Risk/Hazard Management and all other modules of the system where appropriate.
Reports are designed to keep you informed of Open actions and for department heads to gauge its own performance. People responsible will typically receive a weekly email report of their Open and Overdue actions with information of the time available to complete actions and a link to their own Open actions.
