Risk/Hazard Register
- The Risk/Hazard Register allows your users to log hazards into the system from any remote location. As soon as the hazard is logged, the 'accountable person' will receive immediate notification and can proceed with the analysis, evaluation and treatment of the hazard to control risks.
- myosh makes provision for utilising your company's internal Risk Rating Matrix.
- After the accountable person has effectively treated the hazard by putting the relevant controls in place, that person will set the review date.
- myosh will notify the right person at the appropriate time to ensure that the Risk/Hazard is properly monitored and reviewed according to international risk management standards.
- The system facilitates the ongoing management and review of risks. You can accurately measure how a risk affects the organisation as reflected by the residual risk. You can then improve and modify your risk minimisation strategies.
