myosh offers a range of online learning courses and inductions to add to the Online Learning module. More content providers will be added in the future, to expand the library.

The above Online Learning courses are currently only available for myosh users. Online Learning will be available to non-myosh users in the near future, with a separate pricing structure to be announced at the time.

Mybrand Digital is an eLearning content development company that creates custom eLearning content and also has a library of the most popular off-the-shelf courses, which are now available to myosh customers.

Pricing

Courses are provided and priced on an annual subscription basis*. Courses are continually updated as legislation or information on the topic changes.

Price per course is shown in the table below for bundles of 10 or more, with a 40% discounts for subscriptions of 20 or more, and a 50% discount for 30+ courses. Please contact us for quotes on smaller packages or for creating custom courses outside of the library. If you have participated in the pilot promotional program, your custom discount will be applied on top of these.

Custom Branding and Content

A once-off fee of $680 + GST per course is applicable if you prefer custom branding over the standard 'Mybrand Digital' provider's branding on the course materials. This includes adding your logos, branding colours, and swapping out images.

Custom content, including fully-customised new courses, will be quoted on a per-case basis.

FAQs

FAQ: Why are courses priced on a subscription model?

Industry standards, laws, and regulations are constantly evolving. The subscription model allows content providers to continuously monitor relevant information channels, which includes feedback from the broad user base, and roll out updates and improvements in perpetuity.

FAQ: What if I want a custom course not currently listed above?

You will be referred to the course content provider to specify your requirements.

If the proposed content is generally applicable to other organisations, the course may be added to the standard library. In this case, it will be subject to the subscription model and will benefit from continues updates and improvements.

If the content is not suited for the standard library, the course will be excluded from the subscription model and you will be responsible for pursuing any changes you wish to make in the future.

In either case, all courses are subject to attendance fees according to the Online Learning module pricing structure.

FAQ: What if I want my own organisation's branding on the course materials?

You will be referred to the course content producer with whom you may liaise to provide branding materials/colours. The provider will invoice you directly. Please note that, while myosh endeavours to display the most recent pricing given by the content provider for this service, the final charge is quoted by them.

FAQ: What happens if I don't wish to renew my content subscription after my subscription anniversary?

Your courses will remain active if you have subscribed to them for at least 1 continuous year (i.e. fulfilled your annual subscription); however, you will no longer benefit from continuous updates to course materials.

FAQ: Will the subscription cost of the course materials be applied to my current billing schedule?

Yes. You will also be invoiced for an upfront pro-rata fee according to the time remaining until your next invoicing date, unless you request to pay the full annual fee up front.

FAQ: My organisation doesn't use myosh - can I get these course materials?

Course enrolment and progress is currently tied to the Training Management module, which therefore requires a myosh system. A new Training-only tier for myosh will be available in the near future, for organisations that do not want a full subscription which includes the current minimum core modules.

FAQ: What modules do I require in order to make use of these courses?

You will need to have the Online Learning and Training Management (aka Training Records) modules active on your myosh system.

FAQ: Is this content available to all myosh subscription tiers?

Yes.

FAQ: I use an independent online learning platform, can I upload these courses there?

No, the course library is only available to users of myosh Online Learning.

FAQ: Are there any extra charges for using these courses?

Yes, course enrolment is charged on a per-attendance basis for all courses on the Online Learning platform, regardless of whether you subscribe to the above course materials or upload your own course materials. Please contact Sales for a breakdown of pricing for the Viking Online Learning module.

FAQ: Does number of enrollments affect the price?

The number of users that enrol in and complete courses does not affect the subscription price for the course content. However, is does affect the billing for usage of the Online Learning module, regardless of the source of the course material. FAQ: Is the pricing inclusive of usage of the Online Learning module?

No, the pricing is only inclusive of subscribing to the course content, which includes content updates according to evolving industry standards, laws, and regulations. The use of the Online Learning module is billed independently and applies equally regardless of the source of the course content. If you are not currently using the Viking Online Learning platform, please contact sales for a price breakdown for the module.

FAQ: How is my number of staff determined for pricing purposes?

Pricing is stepped down for smaller organisations to maximise reach, as indicated in the pricing table. The pricing tier for number of staff is determined by the number of users in your myosh system, including users without login credentials, regardless of how many users may enrol in the courses.
